Brewers & Installations

All installations are carried out by qualified specialist engineers and all plumbed coffee brewers will be serviced annually. Any maintenance calls are responded to within 24 hours and the engineer will always endeavour to fix the problem during the call.

At all times the customer will be kept fully informed of these unusual events. All brewers come with operating and cleaning instructions.



Coffee Audits & Training

Brodies Area Sales Managers call on customers in their areas on a regular basis to carry out routine audits and undertake ongoing staff training.

A training register will be available at each location and updated during each visit.

Our aim is that every member of staff using coffee machines will be competent to operate and clean the brewer as well as prepare all the coffees on the menu.

Deliveries

Orders received by phone, fax of email before 2pm are dispatched for deliveries the next working day to most areas of the UK .
