A Scottish classic with origins linking to Dundee’s famed early marmalade production. This rich cake is filled with fruits and the added zest of tangy marmalade, spices, almonds, and a touch of Brandy. Finished with almonds and a syrup glaze, it offers a true taste of Scotland.
