Crannachan: Raspberry pieces and toasted outs in a creamy vanilla mousse.

Edinburgh Fog: A rich white centre with crushed amaretto biscuits.

Athole Brose: White chocolate blended with Scotch Malt Whisky, heather honey and toasted oats.

Caledonian Cream: A white chocolate centre blended with orange pieces and French Brandy then covered in dark chocolate.

Ingredients: Dark chocolate (53% cocoa solids) [cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanillin], white chocolate (23% milk solids) [sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanillin] butter (milk), glucose syrup, sugar, honey (2%) fondant [sugar, glucose solids, water], sweetened condensed milk, alcohol, toasted oats (0.6%), concentrated raspberry juice(0.6%), concentrated orange juice (0.5%), crushed apricot biscuits (0.5%) [sugar, apricot kernels, egg white, corn flour, wheat flour, rice flour , wholewheat flour, raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium carbonate), natural flavouring], flavouring, orange pieces (0.2%), Malt whisky (0.2%), raspberry pieces (0.2%), citric acid, lemon oil (0.1%), orange oil (0.1%).
