Whisky Chasers

Dark Belgian chocolate encases rich chocolate centres generously laced with single malt whisky. Distilled from malted barley and clear spring water and matured in oak casks, the whisky in these luxurious chocolates gives them a distinctive taste of Scotland.

Gaelic Coffee: Dark chocolate truffle with Brodies rich Espresso coffee and a dash of whisky.

Peach Truffle: Peaches are soaked in whisky then blended into a white chocolate mousse.

Chocolate & Ginger Delice:  A rich dark, chocolate centre with fine ground ginger and whisky.

Spiced Vanilla Mousse: A creamy vanilla mousse with fine ground nutmeg and a touch of whisky.

Ingredients: Dark chocolate (53% cocoa solids) [cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanillin], white chocolate (23% milk solids) [sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanillin] butter (milk), glucose syrup, sugar, fondant [sugar, glucose solids, water], sweetened condensed milk, concentrated peach juice (0.8%), alcohol, flavourings, whisky (0.4%), Brodies Full Roast Espresso coffee (0.4%), peach pieces (0.2%), ground ginger (0.1%), ground nutmeg (0.1%).
